Welcome to the Central Oregon Chapter
The Central Oregon Chapter for Women for Winesense was founded in August of 2007. The Chapter was started by several women some of who had participated in the Portland Chapter.
Our group is an enthusiastic collection of women interested in learning more about wine and one another. We welcome everyone to join us to enjoy good wine, tasty food, and great company.
Where and how frequently do you meet?
We meet six times per year to enjoy great wine and company!
What types of events have you held?
We have held several wine tasting events, including most recently a wine tasting dinner and book reading with Susan Sokol Blosser at Chow, a dessert wine tasting at WineStyles, and a wine tasting dinner with Eola Hills.
Number of members in your chapter?
We have 45 members as of December 1, 2007.
Percent of male and female members?
We presently have no male members, unless of course, you count Mike, who regularly pours at our events!
