Sandra is a direct wine sales and marketing specialist with a 20 year career in strategic sales planning, technology solutions and marketing. Sandra conducts a variety of workshops, speaks at industry events globally and oversees the DTC Consultant Network. Sandra also publishes a blog and serves as a steering committee member for the DTC Wine Symposium.
Jena Domingue, Director of Marketing for Wine Direct
Jena is a true professional, DtC expert, and sales director for WineDirect | Vin 65. She works with many top tier and small wineries, teaching them best practices for best using their data and technology.
Keith Wesselschmidt, CFO of V2Wine Group
Keith is a Finance & Planning Executive for Fortune 50 and start-up companies with broad business background demonstrated through roles in business development, M&A, brand management, and operations as well as finance and strategic planning. Keith is dedicated to bringing financial discipline to Women for Wine Sense and a strong analytical approach to improving profitability.
Jennifer Douglas Phillips, lawyer with DP&F
Jennifer is a Senior Associate with Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty in its Labor and Employment Department. She also acts as the Firm's HR Administrator. Jen has proven skills in the area of recruiting and has an attention for details. She is dedicated to bringing sound record-keeping practices and assisting in creating policies and procedures for WWS while continuing to grow the Napa/Sonoma Chapter's membership base.

As much as I've always loved cooking and wines, my professional experience began in events and marketing as Project Manager and Business Analyst for a wide range of products and services. This gradually 'morphed' into the wine industry. I have the ability to inspire my enthusiasm for wine and the wine business in others. I have been planning wine events over the past several years, and am delighted to work with Women for WineSense.

A San Francisco native, Thea has been writing about wine on her blog Luscious Lushes since 2008. With 20 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the tech sector, she now consults with wine businesses on effective use of software tools, marketing, and sales strategies. She also serves on the advisory committee for the Wine Blogger Conference, and co-founded the Wine Bloggers Conference Scholarship. A noted speaker on how digital impacts the wine industry, she has spoken at several conferences world wide on digital marketing strategy and wine tourism.
Kristina King, Director of Operations at Silverado Vineyards
Kirstina has a 20 year background in the wine industry serving as Direct Wine Sales Director, Director of Hospitality and Club Manager at several notable wineries. Kristina is currently the Director of Retail Operations at Silverado Vineyards. Kristina is an industry leader and is also a volunteer for the Bay Area Red Cross.
