Ladies, mark your calendars! Excitement is building as plans for the third Women for WineSense Grand Event unfold. Taking place in the Napa Valley on April 30 – May 2, 2010, the Grand Event promises to create an amazing weekend for wine aficionados and industry professionals alike.
Our Grand Event begins Friday evening with a welcome reception at Mumm Napa, located in the Rutherford Appellation of Napa Valley. Come sip sparkling wine, reconnect with old friends and meet new friends while taking in the stunning views of the vineyards at sunset.
On Saturday, it’s off to the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena for a day filled with educational and sensory experiences in the luscious world of wine. Enjoy a gourmet luncheon, toast the industry icons and rising stars, and end the day tasting wines from wineries with women in key roles.
The Grand Event will conclude on Sunday with a day of winery and vineyard tours at selected Napa and Sonoma wineries. To enhance your “behind the scenes” experience, each participating winery will be creating a private experience just for Grand Event attendees. These tours are not to be missed!
