Hop in your barrel and let’s go over the Falls to the Niagara Peninsula and discover wines from our Ontario, Canada neighbors. There are 80 wineries on Niagara Peninsula. We will be tasting wines from small boutiques and large commercial ventures. There are 13 growing regions on the Niagara Peninsula; each with its unique terroir. Our taste buds will be tantalized by wines from Niagara on the Lake, Lincoln Lakeshore, Short Hills Bench and Beamsville. Our wines will be accompanied by Canadian inspired food-anyone for pea meal, soapberry, mutuk or dulse?

We’ll also discuss the trick to bringing your liquid souvenir legally back over the border. You will also learn some fun trivia about the War of 1812 and the impact it had on our country. Are we really Canadian?

Registration begins at 6:30 PM.

Capacity is limited. Registration closes on October 9th.

If you require a vegetarian meal, please send a request to wwsrochesterinfo@yahoo.com by October 9th. A vegetarian request is for the full meal; we are unable to accommodate substitutions.

Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non-refundable.

If paying by check, payment should be payable to 'WWS' and sent to WWS Rochester, c/o Amanda Mari, 43 Cambric Circle, Pittsford, NY 14534. Checks MUST BE RECEIVED by Thursday, October 9th, 2014. If payment is not received by this date, your registration may be cancelled.
