This month we are going to focus on business, Dallas Chapter business and the business of wine: how restaurants create a wine list.
We’ll start with some chapter news and updates. After that, Aubrey Zeppa will explain to us how restaurants develop their wine menus. Aubrey knows the business of wine. She is the general manager of Eno's Pizza Tavern in Bishop Arts and was previously the general manager at Stephen Pyles.
