Crémants, the other bubbles of France
Sparkling wines are always good in warm weather, and they’re even better in hot weather! This month we will explore sparkling wines made outside the Champagne region. Crémants are made the same way Champagne is made, but with different grapes. Like Champagne, Crémants pair well with many foods. They are served chilled in flutes and are a less expensive alternative to Champagne. Join us Tuesday, July 14 at 6 p.m. Location: Office building near Northwest Hwy and the tollway Members: $35.00 per person Non-members: $50.00 per person
Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after July 5, 2015. Payment is required in advance by credit card or check, and is non-refundable.
