To Oak Or Not To Oak

That truly is the question...

 

Our June event will help you a) explore the impact that oak can have on your wine and b) decide for yourself if oak is an aspect of wine that you enjoy.  You’ll also have the opportunity to test your skills at evaluating wine and determining the presence of oak.  We are thrilled to extend a warm, Rochester chapter welcome our guest presenters ~ Cheryl Dianetti  and Anna Ellis. Their love of wine expands beyond their day-to-day jobs with Opici Family Distributing - join us on June 14th at Locust Hill Country Club as they share that love of wine with our chapter.

Our new Community Services Director, Debby Hoover, has invited Donna Ecker, Director of Bethany House to join us as our charity for this quarter. Bethany House provides shelter for homeless women and children without expecting payment through Social Services ~ all of their support is through donations. A warm welcome to Donna ~ we look forward to learning more about this worthy organization.

Registration begins at 6:30 PM.

Capacity is limited. Registration closes on Tuesday, June 7, 2016.

Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non-refundable.  
If paying by check, payment should be payable to 'WWS' and sent to WWS Rochester, c/o Sue Mullen, 250 Avis Street, Rochester, NY  14615.  Checks MUST BE RECEIVED by Thursday, June 9, 2016.  If payment is not received by this date, your registration may be canceled.
