2016 Scholarship Winner's Presentation - Best Wine I Ever Had:
Tell me about the best bottle of wine you ever had.
What comes to mind first: the smell? the first taste? the finish? Or, are you thinking about the people you were with, the place where you enjoyed it and the circumstances for opening the bottle.
One of my first memories from joining Women for WineSense eight years ago was hearing that wine + food should feel like 1+1=3. I firmly believe that the magic in that equation is, in its simplest form, life.
Join me, Amanda Mari, at our January meeting as we explore how the company we keep, our environment, and even our mood can influence our perceptions of wine. Let’s make 2017 the year of the best wine we ever had!
