Why is Washington State’s Red Mountain AVA the source of so many phenomenal wines? This event will examine what makes the smallest – and warmest - of our state’s AVAs a coveted source of prized grapes. To highlight the taste of Red Mountain, we will welcome Deanna Richards of Ambassador Wines. Deanna will be featuring paired selections of the wineries’ limited production, 100% estate grown Ambassador Vineyard wines from Red Mountain AVA. To show us what makes Red Mountain so special, we will welcome Jayne Cain of the Washington Wine Commission (and WWS member!). Jayne is the Outreach Coordinator at the Commission, and holds a Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSAT) level 3 Award, as well as being a Certified Specialist in Wine (CSW). Join us to sip and learn what makes this outstanding AVA so outstanding!

 

We know Chef Frank Pantoja and The Bistro at Hollywood Schoolhouse were the right pick to create the perfect dinner to pair with the wines of Ambassador Wines. Right in the heart of the Woodinville wine country, the Bistro uses seasonal, local ingredients to create a menu that invites the diner to experiment with small and large plates of wine friendly choices. Chef Pantoja has sampled the wines and come up with a menu to bring out the best flavors of both the wine and the food.

Your check must be received 3 days after your RSVP is made. After that date your space will be released. Any refunds will be paid by check less a $5.00 processing fee.
