Please join us as we focus on the Prince Charming of Grapes, Pinot Noir. One of the most fickle grapes, Pinot Noir has become a favorite throughout the world. We will review and discuss the regions in which Pinot Noir succeeds and what makes it one of the greats. Most importantly we will taste through several different Pinot Noirs from around the world!

Our guest presenter for the evening is Maureen Bayer. Maureen is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and the Culinary Institute of America. She is a Certified Sommelier, Certified Specialist of Wine, completed the WSET III, and is currently working on her WSET Diploma through Philly Wine. Maureen is the Beverage Manager at the New York Wine and Culinary Center in charge of beverage ordering and all beverage classes. We are thrilled to welcome Maureen to our Rochester Chapter event!

In addition to our event, we will also have an opportunity to give back to our community in July. This quarter, we will be hosting Anne Heiligman from the JACK Foundation. JACK Foundation was established when the Heiligmans lost their 3-year-old son to a tragic accident. As a tribute and in memory of Jack, they wanted to focus on positive things and acts of kindness. Their mission is "Just Acts of Caring and Kindness". All contributions to the JACK Foundation (Fund) will be put in a fund to support the construction of dinosaur themed playgrounds.

Registration begins at 6:30 PM.

Capacity is limited. Registration closes on Tuesday, July 4, 2017.

Payment is required in advance by credit card or check. In order to keep costs low for all members, we are unable to offer refunds after event registration closes. If you find yourself unable to attend after registration closes, we encourage members to find someone to take their place. When an event reaches capacity, we do keep a waiting list. Let Sue Mullen know if you are unable to attend an event. In the case that there is a waiting list, we will contact the next person on the list and refund your registration fee if we fill your spot.

If paying by check, payment should be payable to 'WWS' and sent to WWS Rochester, c/o Sue Mullen, 250 Avis Street, Rochester, NY 14615. Checks MUST BE RECEIVED by Thursday, July 6, 2017. If payment is not received by this date, your registration may be canceled.
