Let's don our Finest Holiday Sparkles for an evening with “Bubble Head” Maureen Bayer!
As we prepare for the holidays it is the perfect time of year to explore the worlds most celebratory beverage! We will dive into the sparkling world of wine. Looking at the different processes that create the sparkle and what makes each wine so special. We will compare a variety of wines from around the world.
Our guest presenter for the evening is Maureen Bayer, a self proclaimed "bubble head". Maureen is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and the Culinary Institute of America. She is a Certified Sommelier, Certified Specialist of Wine, completed the WSET III, and last we met with her, she was working on her WSET Diploma through Philly Wine. We are thrilled to welcome Maureen back to lead our Rochester Chapter's wonderfully festive event!

Registration begins at 6:30 PM.
Capacity is limited. Registration closes on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.

Payment is required in advance by credit card or check. In order to keep costs low for all members, we are unable to offer refunds after event registration closes. If you find yourself unable to attend after registration closes, we encourage members to find someone to take their place. When an event reaches capacity, we do keep a waiting list. Let Sue Mullen know if you are unable to attend an event. In the case that there is a waiting list, we will contact the next person on the list and refund your registration fee if we fill your spot.
If paying by check, payment should be payable to 'WWS' and sent to WWS Rochester, c/o Sue Mullen, 250 Avis Street, Rochester, NY 14615. Checks MUST BE RECEIVED by Thursday, December 6, 2018. If payment is not received by this date, your registration may be canceled.
