Enjoying Wine with Indian Food
Pairing wine with Indian food can be a challenge. There are multiple spices and sauces that greatly influence, and at times, limit, the wine options that pair well with the food. A wine that pairs well with a spicy dish, may clash with a sauce on another dish.
Join us as we compare and contrast wines that pair well with Indian food. We’ll enjoy multiple small plates that have various spices, sauces and flavors that we will pair with sparkling, white and red wines.
