Acaibo / Trinite Estate - Chalk Hill

1.5 hour Experience beginning at 12:00pm

Share a tasting experience where you will discover the history of Acaibo, the terroir. Learn about the vineyard, the family who has been in a wine for over three generation in Bordeaux and started a new adventure in Sonoma. Enjoy a carefully selection of wines showcasing the unique style of cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot and note how each wine reflect his terroir from 6000 miles apart from an another. Few winemakers can offer you this privilege. We are delighted to offer a variety of tasting to explore the wines from Sonoma and Bordeaux. Tucked around a corner along Chalk Hill Road lie 24 idyllic acres of vineyard: this is Trinité Estate: the land of Acaibo. Located between the cool Russian River at the west, the warm Alexander Valley at the northeast and Knights Valley, at 750 feet elevation, the land features a range of microclimates, typography and soils.  This Terroir highlights our delicate and well-balanced wines.  Originally from the Bordeaux region of France, we have focused on growing world-class Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The Estate here is sloped, creating a natural amphitheater for the vines.

Benovia Winery - Russian River

1.5 hour Experience beginning at 10:00am

This experience is a seated and privately hosted tasting allowing guests to immerse themselves along the winemaker’s path tasting through Estate and vineyard-designate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from our 72 acres of Estate vineyards from the cool microclimates of the Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast, as well as single vineyard wines from neighboring grower partner sites. Benovia Winery is tucked deep in the heart of the Russian River Valley wine country. Our secluded Martaella Estate Vineyard is surrounded by endless vineyard views, with Mount Saint Helena just visible in the distance to the northeast. The Benovia Ranch House is old American farmhouse comfort with modern elegance. Settle in by the fireplace if it’s chilly out or enjoy the expansive vineyard views from the deck. Benovia’s estate and vineyard-designate wines are the skillful culmination of balance and site expression in which our veteran winemaker, Mike Sullivan, as captured the essence of place and time.

1.5 hour Experience beginning at 10:00am

“Learn & Lounge with our Winemaker at Foley Sonoma Winery in Alexander Valley”

Experience Alexander Valley and modern wine country lifestyle through the lens of our winemaker, Chalo Fernandez, at Foley Sonoma Winery. Nestled on a gentle knoll shadowed by the nearby Mayacamas Mountains, the site of Foley Sonoma typifies the peaceful, serene beauty of the Alexander Valley. Begin your adventure with our walking production tour, which features our winemaker’s barrel samples in our aging Cellar. Our winemaking philosophy is about pure varietal expression, which produces award-winning, balanced wines rich in fruit and deep in character. The Vineyards produce 4,000 to 6,000 cases annually from the following varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese, Sémillon, Tannat, and Zinfandel. After a day (or hour) of winemaking, we propose a toast among breathtaking views of Alexander Valley as you sip and nibble on local cheese & charcuterie in our private lounge. We are few, so to ensure quality we make wine in small amounts from our estate. We enjoy diversity, so we make our wines from a number of varieties. We embrace life, so we share our love of living with those who join us either for a day or for a lifetime.

Perched on a hillside on the southwestern edge of Knight’s Valley, the Linked Vineyards property overlooks both Sonoma and Napa counties. To say this is a special place is an understatement! Occupying a very interesting intersection between the valleys, and sitting just above the fogline, the property is a study in juxtaposition. Volcanic and loamy soils. Marine and mountain air. Wildlands and orderly vineyards. It is home to deer, wild turkeys and hawks, as well as three generations of Links.

Located in the Heart of Sonoma Valley, Loxton Cellars is a working winery surrounded by 5 acres of estate vineyard. It is the intent of owner/winemaker, Chris Loxton, to produce handcrafted wines, made without compromise, that show balance and a sense of place. The Estate vineyard provides about 60% of the annual production which is typically 3,000 cases and the remaining fruit is sourced from premium vineyards throughout Sonoma County under long term agreements. The winery and vineyard are set up so that visitors may see all operations from grape to glass.
