Meaghan Frank is the fourth generation of her family to manage Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and two post-graduate degrees: one in Wine Business from the University of Adelaide, Australia and one in Enology from Cornell University. 

Meaghan has earned her Wine Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 4 Diploma in Wine and Spirits and Champagne Master Level from the Wine Scholar Guild. Since joining the winery in 2013, some notable achievements include adding unique visitor experiences and creating a super-premium line of wines paying tribute to the women of the Frank Family. Looking into the future, advancements in technology, winemaking, and viticultural practices are in the works. 

The Dallas chapter will offer tasting kits with two of the three wines. The kit will have the Dr. Konstantin Frank 2020 Rkatsiteli and the Dr. Konstantin Frank 2019 Dry Riesling. We will not offer the Dr. Konstantin Frank 2017 Brut Rosé since the sparkler will not hold its sparkle. We do have the wine and will be able to experience it at an in person event. 

If you have never tasted wines from the Finger Lakes, or the Rkatsiteli grape, this is your opportunity! Join us Wednesday, April 28 at 7 pm CT as we visit with Meaghan Frank and taste two of her wines.

There is a two-step registration process for this event
1. Register for the event. There is no charge for National and Local chapter members.
 
2. Sign-up for a tasting kit. The tasting kit needs to be picked up at one of three locations. You will pick a location when you register, Colleyville 76034, Dallas 75208 or Plano 75093.

Separate emails with the Zoom link and tasting kit pick-up details will be sent to registered attendees. 



The small print: 
Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after Sunday, April 25, 2021.  Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non-refundable. If paying by check, your payment should be payable to “WWS” and sent to WWS c/o Tamara Mattison, 12240 Pecan Forest, Dallas, TX 75230-2495. Payment must be received by the date of the event. Do not send checks to the address listed on the website.

By registering, you hereby authorize and grant Women For WineSense (WWS), the right to record all participants via screenshots, including chat room content, film, and/or video, along with editing the recorded conference into a photo gallery/short film/webinar (which may include other recordings and material). You also authorize and grant WWS the use for any reason of the name and likeness, voice, or other information concerning participants; and screen or place the recording/materials online, including social media.

Please note if you are a non-member registering for this event and paying with a credit card, you will be charged a small fee for the credit card transaction. This fee will appear as a separate line item on your credit card statement.
