Reidel Wine Glass Demonstration
Join the Rochester Chapter of Women For WineSense as we participate in a very popular subject - glassware and wine. We welcome Julio Ruiz who is the East Coast Sales Manager for Riedel Crystal of America, Inc. Julio will have a one hour discussion about the importance of quality glassware that matches the wine you are tasting and drinking. The purchase price for a ticket includes one 4-glass set of Riedel Performance glassware that will be used to taste the different wines during the event. At the end of the evening, you will take the set of glasses home with you.
As consuming food will negatively impact the assessment of how the wines and the glassware work together, there will be no food during the presentation, but please join us afterwards for light hors d’oeuvres. As such, we highly recommend that you eat something before you arrive.
ADDITIONAL SETS OF GLASSWARE:
You can also purchase additional sets of glassware for $100 per set (to be picked up at the event) – fill out your wine glass collection with up to 3 additional sets! You must pre-order any sets when you register, as we will not have extras at the event.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL:
Sign up by Sunday, June 13th and get the special early bird price of $120/$130 (member/non-member) to register. Starting June 14th, the price will increase $10.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Parking is free on the street in downtown Rochester after 6pm. Please come early to park. There are also many parking garages within walking distance.
