FLX: Alcoholic Beverage Law: 101

We invite you to join us for an adventure through the laws that shape the very foundation of our service industry. Megan Krebbeks, Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel for Constellation Brands, will guide us through the alcoholic beverage law - starting with Prohibition leading to today.

Megan will take us on our journey through the base principles of the law. Then we will dive into advertising responsibilities of alcoholic beverages, discussing compliance and litigation trends along the way. Our journey will conclude with the current hot topics for the alcohol beverage industry in 2024 with a focus on New York State specific issues.
