Food and wine pairing workshop based on chemistry

Trish Rogers Ridgeway has spent 20 years developing her method for pairing food and wine. Her background in chemistry provides the base for the principles you will learn in this hands-on, experiential workshop.

Location: Private Residence

Members: $35.00 per person

Non-Members: $50.00 per person

Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after April 12, 2014. Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non refundable. If paying by check, your payment should be payable to ‘WWS’ and sent to WWS in c/o Karla Barber, 3510 Turtle Creek Blvd, #5A, Dallas, TX 75219. Payment must be received by the date of the event.
