Beer versus wine. Which pairs better with cheese?
We usually hear about wine with cheese. We don’t often hear about beer with cheese, although many of us have had beer with cheese. Which is the better pairing? Let’s do a side by side comparison and find out.
Note: we’re starting this event a little later than normal.
We’ll have some light food from 6:30 to 7 and begin the class at 7.
