Wine Paired with Infused Oils and Vinegars
This month we will delve into infused oils and vinegars, flavors that may need to be considered when selecting a wine to pair with a dish. Oils and vinegars can be infused with flavors such as citrus, basil, blood orange, harissa, chipotle, and many more!
Join us Tuesday, October 10 at 6:30 pm at Infused Oils and Vinegars in Dallas (Preston & 635) as owner and Chef Michelle Spangler discusses infused oils and their health benefits. After the discussion, we will enjoy appetizers paired with four wines.
Seating is limited for this event.
Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after Saturday, October 7, 2023. Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non-refundable. If paying by check, your payment should be payable to “WWS” and sent to WWS c/o Melanie Clark, 6705 Shadow Crest Drive, Plano, TX 75093. Payment must be received by the date of the event.
