Join us on Monday, August 26th at Point of the Bluff Vineyards as we unpack sustainability practices in the wine industry, focusing on the New York Sustainable certification program, and solely featuring Finger Lakes wines sourced from sustainably grown grapes. Small plates will be provided by The Park Inn.

About Our Speaker

Sarah Blagg

Sarah Blagg has been the Marketing & Hospitality Coordinator at Silver Thread Vineyard for about two-and-a-half years. Prior to Silver Thread, she had spent two years as Retail Manager at Bully Hill Vineyards. Sarah has her WSET Level 2 certification and is currently studying for her Level 3. She is the Newsletter Director for the Finger Lakes Chapter of Women for Winesense and sits on the Marketing Committee for the Finger Lakes Wine Alliance. Outside of the wine world, Sarah spends most of her time exploring the region with her dog, Maisy. She's also an avid home baker, an iced coffee lover, and an enthusiastic flower gardener.

Point of the Bluff Vineyards will be hosting us at their covered outdoor pavilion up the hill from the main tasting room. Signs will be present to direct attendees upon arrival. Guests are welcome to join ahead of time to purchase a glass of wine starting at 6pm. Registration for this event begins at 6:15pm.

Registration is required for all WWS events.
Space & material constraints do not allow for walk-ins.
