GPVN- Fortified Wines at Bear Creek- Colleyville
Travis is the Wine Manager at Bear Creek Spirits & Wine in Colleyville. He holds the Level 3 certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and is currently completing the WSET Level 4 Diploma. Travis has additionally passed the Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory Exam and intends to take the Certified Sommelier exam this fall. Prior to joining Bear Creek, he spent time at Mercy Wine Bar in Dallas and at Dallas Fine Wine & Spirits. Travis is also a licensed attorney, having practiced law for 15 years before deciding to follow his passion and pursue wines as a full-time career.
Bear Creek Spirits & Wine and Molto Formaggio are locally owned and operated as a unique one-stop shop for retail liquor, fine wines, craft beers and specialty cheeses in a clean and safe upscale environment with helpful and friendly staff educated in product knowledge and responsible service to consumers and the local community.

We will be at Bear Creek Spirits & Wine in Colleyville with Travis Perez. Travis will take us through a tasting of sherry, port and madeira wines along with pairing cheeses that compliment each wine.
