ROC: Rochester Joins the J. Moss Cabernet Tasting with Julie Lumgair
Rochester Joins the Napa AVA Vertical & Horizontal Single Vineyards J. Moss Cabernet Tasting with Julie Lumgair
Since our Rochester Chapter is unable to hold an event for our chapter this month, we are going to join the National Virtual Event: Napa AVA Vertical & Horizontal Single Vineyards J. Moss Cabernet Tasting with Julie Lumgair on Tuesday, January 12th, 2021 at 7 pm EST.
Julie Lumgair is an award-winning consulting and hands-on winemaker for both J. Moss and a new Napa Valley winery launching in 2021. Her wines span 15 vintages and 25 varietals from nine of Napa Valley's world class AVAs, Italy and Sonoma's Russian River Valley, Chalk Hill, Knights Valley and Alexander Valley AVAs.
We have 48 tasting sets of the four wines Julie will feature during the event available to our members. The cost for the tasting set is $30 ($35 for non-members) and will be delivered to you on Tuesday before the event. The Zoom link for the event will be sent to all registered attendees on Tuesday morning.
The tasting set includes 2 oz. pours of each of the following wines:
2015 Steffensen Vineyard, Coombsville, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
2015 Mee Lane, Rutherford Vineyard, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
2014 Mee Lane, Rutherford Vineyard, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
