LA Virtual: Thoughtful Winemakers

Making a difference: Thoughtful Winemakers

Join us virtually on June 23rd with Justine Belle Lambright of Kalchē Wine Cooperative (majority BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ owned) as they lead us in the exploration of boutique, sustainable, conscious, and women led California wine producers with a focus on small production, low intervention, and futuristic ferments. Women For WineSense, together with industry insiders like Justine, are helping to pave the way for the next generation of thoughtful winemakers!

For the tasting, we'll be sipping on a Chenin Blanc and "Neutral Oak Hotel" red blend from Margins Wines. Margins produces low-intervention wines using grapes from underrepresented regions, vineyards, and varietals. They are part of the growing movement in California to make wines from vineyards farmed organically or in organic conversion using minimal additives during the winemaking process, thereby showcasing the vineyards the grapes came from.

Registration includes local delivery (see map of delivery area), two full bottles of wine and the Zoom link.

Tickets are $70 for members, $85 for non-members, and just $10 for the Zoom link only.
