Wine on America's Table
Wine on America’s Table is always a favorite event. It’s a time when we enjoy a multi-course wine-paired dinner. This year we are trying something a bit different. We’re going to a BYOB restaurant. Don’t worry, we’ll provide the wine. You don’t need to bring your own. (Hmm, that could be in interesting future event.)
Join us Tuesday, October 11 at 6:30 pm at Ephesus Mediterranean Grill in Dallas as we enjoy and pair wine with Turkish and Eastern Mediterranean food.
To help the restaurant prepare for our group, please select your entrée when registering.

Vegetable Casserole
Zucchini, squash, carrots, potato, cooked with tomato and olive oil
Adana Kebab
Hand chopped lamb seasoned with spicy red peppers and char-grilled
Beef Shish Kebab
Chunks of beef marinated in our special sauce and grilled over charcoal skewers
Chicken Shish Kebab
Cubes of chicken breast marinated in a special sauce and grilled on skewers
Hunkar Begendi (Her Majesty’s Favorite)
Tender pieces of Lamb simmered in tomato sauce, served over smoked eggplant puree
Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after Saturday, October 8, 2022. Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non-refundable. If paying by check, your payment should be payable to “WWS” and sent to WWS c/o Tamara Mattison, 12240 Pecan Forest, Dallas, TX 75230-2495. Payment must be received by the date of the event.

Please note if you are a non-member registering for this event and paying with a credit card, you will be charged a small fee for the credit card transaction. This fee will appear as a separate line item on your credit card statement.
By registering, you hereby authorize and grant Women For WineSense (WWS), the right to record all participants via screenshots, including chat room content, film, and/or video, along with editing the recorded conference into a photo gallery/short film/webinar (which may include other recordings and material). You also authorize and grant WWS the use for any reason of the name and likeness, voice, or other information concerning participants; and screen or place the recording/materials online, including social media.
