January is the perfect month to explore a “new to you” wine region.  Spain has been making wine for over 5,000 years but there is something new to learn each and every day.  Take a trip to Spain with our 2022 Women For WineSense Scholarship winner, Cat McGrath.  Cat will tour you through some Spanish wine gems and regale you with historic facts, information on amazing wine regions and delicious grapes.  This will be an informative and fun wine tasting with stunning views of the City of Rochester from the Penthouse downtown.  Take a journey with Cat as we explore this fabulous wine region.



About Our Speaker:

Cat McGrath has spent the bulk of her professional career in the technology sector. And then a pandemic came. Some people made bread. Cats obsession came in the form of wine education. She completed the WSET Level 2 and Level 3 Award in Wines. She has a BFA from RIT, and lives in Rochester with her partner, and their slightly overweight cat.
