Wine on America's Table

Wine on America’s Table is always a favorite event. It’s a time when we enjoy a multi-course, wine-paired dinner and experience the many wines available in our market. This year we will dine and sip at Princi Italia Plano. Each course will be paired with a wine from California and Italy.

To help offset the cost of this event, and to thank everyone for their support of, and participation in the chapter, the Dallas chapter will subsidize 33% of the cost. The price listed is the net amount (after subsidy).

Join us Tuesday, September 12 at 6:30 pm at Princi Italia Plano.

Menu
First Course
Caprese
mozzarella di bufala, vine ripened tomatoes, basil pesto

3 Cheese Flatbread
goat cheese, gorgonzola, reggiano

Second Course
Tortellini Fonduta black truffle butter, parmesan
or
Arancini meat filled risotto balls, taleggio cheese, pink sauce

Third Course
Grilled Scottish Salmon pea saffron risotto, crispy onions, tarragon grain mustard sauce
or
Porcini & Chianti Braised Short Rib pappardelle, shiitake mushrooms, san marzano tomatoes, marjoram & pecorino cheese

Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after Saturday, September 9, 2023. Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non-refundable. If paying by check, your payment should be payable to “WWS” and sent to WWS c/o Melanie Clark, 6705 Shadow Crest Drive, Plano, TX 75093. Payment must be received by the date of the event.

Please note if you are a non-member registering for this event and paying with a credit card, you will be charged a small fee for the credit card transaction. This fee will appear as a separate line item on your credit card statement.

By registering, you hereby authorize and grant Women For WineSense (WWS) the use for any reason of the name and likeness, voice, or other information concerning participants to place the recording/materials online, including social media.
