Get ready for the holidays with bubbles!

Join us for a holiday champagne tasting featuring sparkling wines from four countries - France, Italy, Germany & Tasmania. Experience a range of tasting flavors from creamy/rich, dry with juicy minerality, citrus notes with almond & honey, yellow stone fruit, the complexity of creme brulee, and we will finish with one of the most luxurious Rose Champagnes in the world!

Our tour guide/educator is Jen Rice, a wine & spirits professional for nearly 30 years. Jen has traveled extensively throughout many wine regions in the US and Europe. She currently works for Winebow as a Sales Consultant and Education Liaison for the State of Washington.

The tasting will be accompanied with appetizers prepared by Karen Binder, former owner of the beloved Madison Park Cafe. Karen studied champagne at Schramsberg in Napa Valley, and took champagne classes at The Culinary Institute of America. She is a first level sommelier and is well qualified to match appetizers to our sparkling wines.

A tasting sheet will be provided that includes where all wines can be purchased locally for your upcoming holiday functions.

Cost - $55/members, $65/non-members
We will be having a raffle, so be sure to bring some cash to buy your lucky ticket! $5 for one ticket, $20 for five tickets!
