About the Experience:

Join us for a compelling conversation with Oregon’s first Master of Wine, Bree Stock.  Bree is the Education Director for the Oregon Wine Board and is a frequent presenter at trade conferences such as TEXSOM, SommCon, ProWein, and Cornucopia and an educator with the Online Wine Academy in Napa Valley where she developed the Oregon Wine Specialist program. She sits on the board of Assemblage Diversity in Wine, Masters of Wine North America, and SommCon, organizations that align with her philosophies to provide access to wine education and industry support to all. A wine judge for international competitions Decanter, TEXSOM TIWA, and International Wine Competition.  She is also the co-winemaker in Limited Addition Wines, and Concinnitas Fermentations and winemaker for Artist Block wine, and Grace + Vine.  May is Oregon Wine month, lets celebrate the wines of Oregon.

About the speaker: 

Bree Stock, MW


Bree Stock has been a Master of Wine since 2016, holding one of the highest qualifications in the wine industry. She is Oregon’s first MW and the only female MW in the Pacific Northwest; she became the Oregon Wine Board Director of Education in 2017. 

An avid explorer and learner, Bree is a certified Wine Spirit & Education Trust educator (2008) she is an international wine education consultant developing and presenting wine certification programs for trade organizations (Oregon Wine Board, Willamette Valley Wineries Association, NW Wine Coalition, Washington State Wine, California Wine Institute, Napa Valley Wine Academy, Sonoma County Wines and the Tempranillo Alliance). She serves as a regular wine judge for international competitions for Decanter, TEXSOM, TIWA and IWC. 

Her extensive travels for harvest and brand consulting to the Iberian Peninsula, Central and Eastern Europe, the US, South Africa, and Australia inform her work and drive her consultation partnerships. She founded Constant Crush Advisors wine consulting in 2017 to continue her commitments to knowledge and idea sharing and to expanding the conversation around sustainable and innovative vineyard and wine production.  

Limited Addition Wines was launched in 2018 in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, the minimal intervention winemaking brand works with more than twenty grape varieties, through which she aims to diversify the Willamette Valley’s grape plantings to ensure a sustainable future for this region and industry. Limited Addition wines worked with growers to plant some of the newest varieties to the region like Mencia, Godello, Garganega, and Cabernet Dorsa. They continue to work move growers to organic farming standards, or better, and to plant more diversity into the Willamette Valley varietal landscape.
