We’re mixing things up this month and delving into cocktails and mocktails. What makes a good cocktail? Does a mocktail taste as good as the real thing? Have you ever heard of fat washing? What flavor effect does it have on a cocktail? What other processes and techniques make a good cocktail or mocktail?
Join us at the The Wilfred, a speakeasy inside Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill in Plano, on Tuesday, June 11 at 6:30. Jake Fowler, sommelier and general manager of The Wilfred and Seabreeze, will explain the techniques and processes used to make tasty cocktails and mocktails. We will taste various concoctions, learn how we can make them at home, and enjoy some food.
