Based in the center of the wine industry in the Texas Hill Country, our members hail from the local wineries around Fredericksburg as well as from the nearby cities of Austin and San Antonio. Some of our members have 30 years of experience as professionals in the industry, others are educators, and many others are wine lovers who want to learn more about their favorite tipple. To cater to this diverse group, we offer events that range from social to educational. We like to offer the opportunity to network with other wine lovers while also giving educational events that touch on a wide range of topics from the Texas wines in our backyard to the wines of the world. Many events are hosted at wineries and vineyards in the Hill Country, so it is also a chance to discover new venues and talk to the professionals behind them. One of our cornerstone events is a monthly book club centered on wine themed literature led by one of our wine educators and paired with dishes prepared by the participants. It is an opportunity to gather at a table as friends and equals and share food and wine together.
